Clifford Meth Joins IDW Publishing
Comics
Written by MN
Tuesday, 21 August 2007

It may be old news for most but I was happy to hear from Clifford that he's joined IDW Publishing...

Glad you're back. While you were gone, I joined IDW Publishing as EVP [Executive Vice-President] of Editorial and Strategies... I have several new projects in the works, including a joint effort with Jeffrey Jones that IDW will be publishing (no release date yet), a five-part comic series called SNAKED that will begin in December (art by Rufus Dayglow, cover by Ash Wood), and a collection of illustrated short fiction called ONE SMALL VOICE that Aardwolf was going to publish but now IDW is taking (due out in Jan.) ONE SMALL VOICE has a painted cover by Neal Adams, illustrations by Dave Cockrum, Gene Colan, Alex Toth and others (maybe you? I haven't selected all the stories yet) and the intro is by Roy Thomas.

    So I'm busy.

From the press release at IDW, 06-21-2007.

IDW (Idea and Design Works) is a unique success story of four entertainment executives and artists whose enterprise has evolved into a full-service graphic design, production and publishing company for comic books, graphic novels, and related products.

With IDW's compelling track record, Clifford's talent... and Rolodex... well, it looks like a marriage made in heaven.

Hmmm... The Rolodex. Such intrigue.
